Niche or no Niche

Good afternoon to anyone who will listen!

Now that I've decided to have this blog, my daughter encouraged me to look into copywriting. So I started doing a little research found a website and let them convince me to join the writers group. So I'm going through the website, reading information they publish, watching video after video to learn about copywriting! They swear it's easy. Yeah right!

I've spent several hours since yesterday reading and watching and trying to figure out my 'niche'. You know that something that you are an expert on, or can become an expert on. Hmmmm.... 

Well that's the problem. I don't feel I'm knowledgeable on anything that I could actually sell or persuade someone else that I know what I'm writing about! I'm not really passionate about anything, well, does going to a casino count? Anyway, I'm not an expert on anything and I don't feel that what I have to say about any particular subject is worth any amount of money. So perhaps copywriting isn't for me and I just wasted hours of invaluable time (lol), for nothing.

If anyone reads this and knows me, maybe you can help me find my 'niche'. Any suggestions would be taken with a grain of salt... kidding... seriously I would welcome any suggestions as I have no confidence in myself or my abilities. I never have and now at the age that I am, I still feel the same way. I always knew I wasn't smart, grades in school proved that, my memory isn't worth a dang, and my low self-esteem is still the same as ever. Low.

I worry from day to day how I'm gonna pay the rent, pay the car payment, keep the lights on etc.... and yet cannot come up with a viable subject to be passionate about that would bring in a monetary income! Go figure....

Thursday checking in

 It's Thursday almost Friday and I'm thanking my Heavenly Father that I did not fall getting up this morning! Still in the midst of trying to decide what to do with the rest of my life. Feeling overwhelmed every time I think about what's coming due and what am I to do about it. Looking into the real estate investment idea and my gosh there is so much to learn! Don't know if my brain has the capacity to soak it all in enough to actually make any money! I barely remember yesterday! I've definitely decided that the copywriting field is not for me. I find that living in my dream world is much easier for me. So, perhaps I'll dig out the old book, or even start a new one and try again to get something published. But it will be fiction for sure! Seems like Facebook is the place to post and repost stuff from the media that just stirs up controversy right and left! Scamming

 Until recently I didn't know what 'being scammed' meant. Well, I do know now. And it seems that once someone finds you and begins a scam, others come out of the woodwork. So let's be clear, I'm NOT interested in being scammed, I'm NOT your friend, nor will I send you a friend request. If you are legit, then show proof! I'm more than happy to be friends with someone, that is legit, and not trying to take advantage of 'old' people, and someone who truly wants to be a friend. I don't need all that other crap! And if you pretend to be in the military, well better look out, I know people who are in the military. And they know people, and I know how to find out if you are legit. So don't play games with me, I'm not interested! Let's be clear: I DO NOT HAVE MONEY! I live paycheck to paycheck. I do not have an unlimited cash flow, so stay away if you are looking for money. I don't care if you just need $100, I don't have it to spare....
